Training Programs:

Are you new to running and interested in taking on an exciting challenge in 2017? Are you an experienced runner who wants to tackle another distance or improve your running performance? Are you tired of racing and training alone? If so, join one of the Kent Island Running Group’s 2016 Training Programs! For beginners looking to start their running journey, we offer training for the Get Pumped for Pets 5K. Training starts at our weekly Saturday morning run on January 14, 2017. For those interested in longer distances, we offer training for the America's VetDogs 10K race. And to become a veteran runner, join us at our St. Michaels Running Festival Half Marathon training program. Training for the 10K and Half-Marathon distances starts on January 28th.
